Trinity Talent Group is a national talent acquisition firm focused exclusively on the skilled trades — automotive and collision, HVAC and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. We work with multimillion dollar rev trades owners and operators who are done losing 20% of net profit to technician churn.
Founded by Jason Xavier Duffy who was named America's Best Recruiter in 2025, we've spent the last 10 years building the systems and bench strength our clients need to scale.
