Trinity Talent Group was built on a simple belief: skilled trades are the backbone of the American economy, and the shops that run them deserve a recruiting partner that actually understands the floor.
Who we are
Trinity Talent Group is a national talent acquisition firm focused on the skilled trades and manufacturing — automotive and collision, HVAC and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production operations. We work with multimillion dollar rev trades and manufacturing owners and operators who are done losing 20% of net profit to technician and production churn.
We only work with one organization from each trade per state. This avoids conflicts of interest and protects the limited talent pool. Every client gets a dedicated talent partner, and we intentionally limit our roster so we never outgrow our ability to deliver top-tier results.
For over 10 years, we have built the systems, playbooks, and bench strength our clients need to scale without depending on outside agencies forever.
